Louis Morano
President Owner
Lou started Capitol Carpet & Tile and Window Fashions with his father in 1985. He opened his first store then and has since added 4 more locations and a commercial/contract division.
Steve Cosentino
Vice President
Steve started with Capitol Carpet & Tile and Window Fashions as a sales associate in 1987. He was promoted to store manager in 1988. In 1991 he was named General Manager. In 2007 Steve was named Vice President.
Rodney DiFranco
General Manager
Rodney started with Capitol in 1986 as a part time bookkeeper. In 1987 he then moved into the position of sales associate. He was promoted to store manager in 1989. Rod was then moved to our installation department where he was named installation manager in 1991. In 2013 Rod was promoted to General Manager.
Collette Kennett
Window Treatment Division Manager
Collette joined our team in 2015. She runs our expanding window treatment division.
Richard Luppowitz
Store Manager - Wellington
Richard started with Capitol in 2000. He currently manages our Boynton Beach store.
Robert Melber
Store Manager - Palm Beach Gardens
Robert started with Capitol in 2003. He currently manages our Palm Beach Gardens store.
Allen Blane
Store Manager - Boca Raton
Allen started with Capitol in 2007 after moving to South Florida from Cleveland, Ohio where he owned and ran his own floor covering store. Allen was promoted to store manager in 2009. He currently manages our Boca Raton store.
Nick Riggio
Store Manager – Delray Beach
Nick started with Capitol in 2021. He currently manages our Delray Beach store.
Nick DeLoreto
Store Manager – Boynton Beach
Nick started with Capitol in 2018. He currently manages our Boynton Beach store.
Charlie Kelly
Sales - Wellington
Charlie started with Capitol in 1997. He's currently a salesperson in our Wellington store.
Anthony Venezia
Sales - Boca Raton
Anthony started with Capitol in 2005. He's currently a salesperson in our Boca Raton store.
Kevin Kolb
Sales - Delray Beach
Kevin started with Capitol in 2009. He's currently a salesperson in our Delray Beach store.
Kate Hurt
Sales - Palm Beach Gardens
Kate started with Capitol in 2017. Kate came to us via Michigan where she worked in the flooring industry for the last several years. She currently works in our Palm Beach Gardens store.
Mirjana Matesic
Window Treatment Sales
Mirjana started with Capitol in 2017. Mirjana owned and ran her own successful window coverings store in South Florida prior to joining our team. She is a window treatment specialist and works amongst all of our stores.
Joseph Cuffari
Window Treatment Sales
Joseph started with Capitol in 2018. Joseph comes from a long family history of window coverings that eventually led him to our team. He is a window treatment specialist currently and works amongst all of our stores.
Rolan Colon

Rolan started with Capitol in 2018. He’s currently a sales person in our Boynton Beach store.

Gabriel started with Capitol in 2019. He currently works in our Boynton Beach store.
Duane Frothingham
Window Treatment Sales
Duane started with Capitol in 2020. Duane is an innovative decorator who has worked with some of the most prestigious design houses in Palm Beach County through the years. He is a window treatment specialist and works in our Palm Beach Gardens store.

Claudia Nasra

Claudia started with Capitol in 2021. Claudia is a renowned designer with both interior design and architecture degrees. She joins the team after owning her own design company first in Argentina and then Palm Beach County. She currently works in our Wellington store.
